Digital Delivery & Downloads

All products from The Orderly Studio are digital downloads. Nothing is physically posted and there is no shipping charge.

When will I receive my files?

Your download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes after payment. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by payment or email-provider delays.

My email has not arrived

1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
2. Search your inbox for “The Orderly Studio” or “download”.
3. Confirm that you used the correct email address at checkout.
4. If you still cannot find it, email evariste.ekamonle@outlook.com with your order number and we will resend the files.

What formats are included?

Each product page states the included formats. Most products are A4 PDFs for home printing or tablet annotation. The CV and Invoice & Quote packs also include editable files as described on their product pages.

Need help?

For a faulty, incomplete or inaccessible file, contact us and we will investigate, replace the file or provide a refund where appropriate. See our Refund Policy.
