Refund policy
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned" once delivered, and UK consumer law treats instant digital content as supplied on delivery with your consent.
That said, we want you happy:
- If your files are faulty, corrupted, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the issue, replace the files, or refund you in full.
- If your download email never arrived, we will resend it immediately - this is never a reason to lose your purchase.
- Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded in full.
To make a claim, email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
